Tags & folders

As your link list grows, tags and folders keep it sorted. Both are pure organization — they change how you find your links, never how a link redirects.

• Tags are free on every plan. Stick as many as you like on a link — launch, client-acme, summer — and filter your dashboard to one tap.
• Folders (campaign grouping) are available on Hero and up. A link lives in one folder; a folder groups a whole campaign's links together.

Tags

Tags are short free-text labels. Add up to 10 per link. They're lowercased and de-duplicated automatically, so Launch and launch are the same tag.

Each tag gets a colour derived from its name, so the same tag always looks the same everywhere — in the dashboard and in the mobile app — with nothing to configure.

Add them: in the ZIP form or a link's editor (web), type a tag and press Enter. On mobile, open a link's detail screen, use the Organize section, type a tag and tap add.

Filter by them: click any tag chip in your dashboard to show only links with that tag. Click it again (or Clear) to show everything.

Folders (campaign grouping)

A folder is a named group — usually a campaign, a client, or a launch. File a link into a folder and your dashboard can show just that folder's links.

• Create folders from the ZIP form or a link's editor (+ New folder…).
• File a link by picking its folder; move it anytime.
• Filter your dashboard to one folder from the folder picker above the list.

Deleting a folder never deletes its links — they keep redirecting and simply become unfiled. (Permanence is the promise: nothing you do in the dashboard can break a live link.)

On the mobile app you can file a link into any folder you've already created; create new folders from the web dashboard.

Notes

• Tags and folders are dashboard-only metadata — they're never part of the redirect, so they add zero latency and never touch the short link itself.
• Renaming a folder or a tag updates it across your dashboard; the links are unaffected.
• Filters are instant (they run over links already loaded) — no page reload.
